Privacy, plainly.
Axiom Studios is a small creative studio in South Africa. Here is what happens with your information while you explore this site.
Browsing and the book maker
You can browse the books and free cover designs without making an account. The book maker currently shows a preview of your choices. Names you type and cover images you select there stay in your browser; the site does not send them to me or save them as an order. Your browser and the site’s hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to serve the pages and keep the site secure.
When you contact me
If you use the contact form, I save the name, email address, topic and message you provide in my private studio inbox so I can reply. If you message me through Instagram or Facebook, I receive the information you choose to send there and use it to reply to you. Those platforms have their own privacy practices. Please avoid sending payment details or sensitive personal information in a message.
Free downloads and future orders
Downloading a cover design does not require your name or email. When online ordering opens, the checkout will explain what contact, delivery, payment and artwork information it needs before you submit an order. This policy will be updated to describe that process and the services used to complete it.
Your questions and choices
Contact messages are kept while needed to respond and manage related questions, and deleted when no longer needed unless a legal record must be kept. You can ask what personal information I hold about you or request a correction or deletion where applicable. For privacy questions, write to me here. I do not have a mailing list on this site at present.
